The old church of St Peter in Tiverton, with its superb organ dating from 1696, plays host to Exeter Cathedral Girl Choristers for Evensong at 4pm. Girl Choristers were admitted to the Cathedral Choir in 1994 since when they have built up a admirable choral reputation recording Evensong for BBC Radio 3 on no less than three occasions. They have toured in Holland, Cyprus, Rome and America and when not singing, are immersed in the three Rs and sport at Exeter Cathedral School.
