Exeter’s Royal Albert Memorial Museum revealed
Dedicated to Prince Albert, the museum has undergone extensive redevelopment with the result that it is, without doubt, the region’s flagship gallery.
The talk, given by Head of Leisure and Museums, Alan Caig, will bring to light the Museum’s origins dating back to the mid-19th century, as well as focusing on what has been major refurbishment.
After the talk you are sure to want to see some of the museum’s fascinating exhibits. Pottery, art, costume, fossils — an elephant and a giraffe await!
