Dr Todd Gray is a historian and Honorary Research Fellow at Exeter University. He has written more than forty books on Devon focusing on social history. He has lectured at universities in this country and in Canada, the United States, Russia, Mongolia and Uzbekistan.

His knowledge of Devon churches is considerable and his informative talk in the Museum of Dartmoor Life will be well worth hearing.
